Crew is trained in crises management (including media training) by the Swedish Rescue Service/MSB and in psychological debriefing at the Center for Crisis Psychology in Bergen, Norway
As an external party, we can help you investigate accidents and incidents. We work according to established methods and deliver an investigation that you can use for further development and corrective actions.
Investigators are trained accident investigators according to MSB guidelines at Karlstad University
Some organizations require audits to be conducted by an external party. We will study the business and conduct an audit in accordance with your requirements. We work according to ISO 19011 and deliver a report according to current standards.
Auditors are trained in auditing for both ISO, aviation and shipping.
My name is Daniel Lindefors and I have worked for over 20 years with various forms of training, mainly for pilots and sea officers. I have also worked in various management positions within shipping companies and airlines. I am the chief operating officer of a major Swedish shipping company and run this business on the side mostly because I love development and challenges.
